New year of activities at school

By Noam Kish & Golan Lin

We started school on the first of September. We were happy to see and meet all of our friends and teachers. We were also excited to start the new school year; we knew that there were going to be a lot of activities and new t. In things.

In this article we are going to interview Tal Yogev – eleventh and twelves grade coordinator and introduce you to all the planned activities for the 11th and 12th grade this time of year. First off he explained about this years "Masa Pilim" (Elephants Journey). He said that it is called the Elephants Journey because in the journey you carry a lot of weight on your back and you look and feel like an elephant. In this year's trip you walk from the Dishon stream all the way up to the Tel-Dan, about 30 km. in three days. In the voyage they experience camping and traveling Israel. The students who are taking part in this journey have to come with high motivation, a lot of will power and good spirit.

In addition, Tal Yogev told us about a new sitting area for the 11th & 12th graders. The whole compound is made out of recycled materials. It is a lovely area between trees that the students can go and relax there on their breaks.
